ALL FROZEN products produced by Inarah’s Frozen Foods Ltd have been declared as being possibly unsafe to eat. Retailers have been asked to withdraw them from sale and customers are asked not to eat them. .

The warning covers products in the names of Inarah’s Frozen Food, Inarah’s Fine Foods and New York Crispy. Concerns have arisen because Inarah’s Frozen Foods Ltd have been unable to demonstrate that its products have been produced and handled safely. The products have been supplied to food businesses across the UK

A wide range of frozen products is covered by this alert, including meat (chicken and beef), fish and vegetarian items. There are several different batch numbers and best before dates. The main way to identify the dodgy products is that they have one of the following company names and addresses on their labels:
Inarah Frozen Foods LTD, Regal Drive, Walsall, WS2 9HQ;
Four Seasons Food Group, Unit 7-8 Monarch Works, Elswick Road, Fenton Industrial Estate, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2SH;
KBH Foods, BD9 4TS.

Retailers are asked to stop selling these products immediately. They should also follow product withdrawal procedures, including displaying product recall notices where the products have been on sale. All products should be disposed of in a safe manner. Members of the public are advised not to eat these products but to throw them away in a safe manner.

Enforcement authorities have been asked to ensure that retailers have withdrawn these products from sale and are complying with the recall action. Local Authorities have been asked to keep the Food Standards Agency (FSA) informed about the enforcement actions being taken.
