A FAVOURITE chocolate treat has been recalled because it contains milk, but this ingredient has not been declared on the label. The product, Honeycomb Blast Choc Bar, has been recalled by Buttermilk Confections.

Milk allergies can be very serious – even fatal. Those who have allergies must be able to trust the label to list all the ingredients in a product.

The Bar being recalled comes in a pack size of 45g. It should be labelled with the batch number BM26105 and the best before date 15th June 2027.

Anyone who has this product and has a milk allergy should take it back to the shop where it was bought, where you should receive a full refund. Even if you do not have a milk allergy, remember to keep the product safe, in case any visitors have allergies.
