WITH WAR raging round so many parts of the world, it is more important than ever to commemorate those who gave their lives in past conflicts - and honour the sacrifice.
For many service personnel, they went to war hoping to end all wars. They wanted to solve conflict via diplomacy and bring peace to the world. Somehow, we have let those honourable motives slip out of our grasp. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed, bereaved, injured and displaced.
Here is where you can honour past sacrifices and commit yourself to working to end war. All events take place on Sunday, 8th November.
